In the botanical world, there is always more to see. No matter how closely you look, it seems there is always another dimension waiting to reveal its miracles to you.
About the artist:
Ms. Pelzman Liscio has had her botanical art showcased in numerous group and solo shows. Her work has been published in fine art and design blogs and magazines including Traditional Home, Real Simple, Lucky, Design Sponge, Elle Décor SA and Martha Stewart Living, and is included in many private collections, hospitals, and medical facilities. A series of her images were selected by the teNeues fine art publishing company for a notecard sampler. Ms. Liscio was recently commissioned to create a bookcover for Greywolf Publishing author Belle Boggs’ first book of short stories, “Mattaponi Queen”. Ms. Liscio has recently begun to transfer her botanical images to silk scarves, skateboards, and other media.

Ms. Liscio holds a degree in printmaking, photography and illustration from Manhattanville College. She has studied printmaking with John Ross Sr., photography with Sean Kernan, Eva Rubenstein, Lisette Model, and John Loengard, Photoshop Technique with Jay Seldin and botanical illustration with Deirdre Newman.She resides and works in Montclair, NJ, with her family.
