No matter how closely you look, it seems there is always another dimension waiting to reveal its miracles to you. Frances Pelzman Liscio has had her work showcased in numerous group and solo shows. Her work has been published in fine art and design magazines including Traditional Home and Martha Stewart Living, and is included in many private collections and galleries. A series of her images were selected by the teNeues fine art publishing company for a series of notecards available in their 2009 and 2010 catalogues. She was commissioned to create a distinctive bookcover for Graywolf Publishing author Belle Boggs; the book, Mattaponi Queen, will be released in June of 2010. Pelzman Liscio's work is also featured in the April, 2010 issue of Lucky Magazine and will be seen in the May, 2010 issue of Real Simple Magazine.. Ms. Pelzman Liscio holds a degree in printmaking, photography and illustration from Manhattanville College. She has studied printmaking with John Ross Sr., photography with Sean Kernan, Eva Rubenstein, Lisette Model, and John Loengard, and botanical illustration with Deirdre Newman. She makes her home and her studio in Montclair, New Jersey. |
